FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TENANT PORTAL

LOGIN

  1. Every person on your Lease will receive an email with login information, if we have a valid email on file.
  2. The Tenant Portal is accessible through the WeimerProperties.com website, under Quick Links.

GENERAL COMMUNICATION

  1. The Tenant Portal is configured to send past-due notices and rent confirmations.

PAYMENT

  1. Online payment is through EFT/eCheck, so you need your checking information to schedule a payment. The fee is $1 per payment.
  2. You can schedule recurring rent payments. Rent is due on the 1st. Payments scheduled for the 1st will be "received" on the 1st. 
  3. You can make separate payments for rent, since all roommates have access to the Tenant Portal.  Please remember that everyone on the Lease is jointly responsible, so, if one person is late, the late charge is for your house.
  4. Rent payments will always be accepted at our home, via check, cash, or cashier's check.

REQUESTS

  1. Maintenance requests should be made via the Message tab, under "Contact Us."  Your message will be shared with the other tenants on your Lease.
  2. When submitting a message, please include the location of the problem.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once a message has been submitted and once a request has been completed.  

DIRECTORY

  1. The contact information for major utilities have been included.

DOCUMENTS

  1. Your Lease, Lease Amendments, Lease Renewals, and other lease-related documents will be found under the Documents page.
  2. We have also included some other relevant information, like trash information.

MY INFO

  1. Your email, phone number, and password can be updated via the My Info link.
